Contact and conduct a 15-20 minute interview with any member on the 40 under 40 list and include your detailed interview notes in your team working paper and receive up to 2 bonus points on your final grade.
IMPORTANT!
Accurately cite ALL sources. Plagiarism will be severely penalized; entire group will lose points. If you are unsure, ask your professor. Conflict and mediation are a normal part of team projects, especially in multi-cultural environments. For any conflict that cannot be handled within your team, bring it to your professor during class. Any questions/conflicts not brought to your professor are your responsibility. In other words, you will not be penalized for team conflict, especially if it is brought to your professor. However your grade will likely suffer if you let the conflict damage the quality of your team project.
