1. In what language is the training?
– The professional assessment and results are in English, and can be taken with the help of an auto-translator.
– The coachings, workshops can be in English and/or French

At the end of PHASE 1 participants will have:

3. Once payment has been made, how is this training implemented?
PHASE 1 preferred delivery: 30 days
– Participants are invited to book a 60 minute coaching slot.
– Once booked participant a link to take my professional assessment. The results will be discussed during coaching
– Delivery date is flexible and can overlap with PHASE 2

PHASE 2 preferred delivery: 4 months
– All 7 workshops booked before the first workshop begins. Workshops can be rescheduled with 1 month notice
– A 4-hour workshop conducted every 2-3 weeks. All 7 workshops completed within 4 months.
– Workshops can be ordered at company’s discretion

PHASE 3 preferred delivery: unlimited
