Thoroughly identify your different visitors profiles. Group your visitors into as many relevant segments as you can.

Create profiles for each visitor segment and keep them on the wall next to your computer.

This allows you to stay focused as you deepen your website content and to identify potential collaborations – vertical or horizontal – you could make.
