We’re all unique individuals but we’re social animals, and our society is formed with lots of defined groups, and language is used differently between these different groups. We can copy, observe, and imitate our close peers, and share stylistic techniques, vocabulary, and tones. We may all speak English but we are all using phrases and words differently.
